Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner. Take accurate food and drink orders while providing recommendations and upselling menu items. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that all orders are delivered correctly. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times. Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of each meal service.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a passion for delivering excellent guest services. Previous restaurant experience preferred, with an understanding of serving techniques. Knowledge of food safety practices and basic food preparation techniques. Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating bills. Kitchen experience or culinary background is advantageous but not essential. Exceptional time management abilities to handle busy service periods effectively. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
There are 3 full time and 3 part time roles available for this position which can be discussed at the interview process.

Along with the hourly pay, employees are eligible to enter into the tronic trunk system. This being a share in the 12.5% service charge + distribution of cash tips amongst the team.
