Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary requirements are accommodated Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities Ensure all health and safety standards, including food safety regulations, are strictly followed Assist with setting up tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining a tidy dining area Handle guest queries professionally and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant service is essential Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation techniques Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities Exceptional guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour Ability to perform basic maths accurately for billing purposes Familiarity with kitchen operations or culinary experience Effective communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members Ability to upsell menu items naturally to enhance the guest experience and increase sales

Pay: 12.21-15.77 per hour
