We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated staff for our Lounge called SMOUK to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve welcoming, seating and serving [Shisha,food,drinks,desserts], maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to the overall dining experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including coffee and teas Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers and responding to their needs. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the lounge area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for billing purposes. Collaborate with team members to create a positive working environment and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Previous experience in a lounge or restaurant setting is essential. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Basic maths skills for handling cash and processing orders efficiently. Excellent time management abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Shisha is advantageous. A passion for the culinary arts and willingness to assist in shisha preparation when needed. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
