We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused

Waiters and Waitresses

to join our welcoming team at Machynys Resort. In this key guest-facing role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service, ensuring our guests feel valued and cared for throughout their dining experience.

As a valued member of our waiting team, you'll take pride in helping create memorable experiences through attentive service, a friendly approach, and a passion for food and drink.

Key Responsibilities:

Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit. Take orders efficiently and accurately, offering knowledgeable recommendations on our menu and drinks. Serve food and beverages with care, ensuring presentation and quality meet our high standards. Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests to exceed expectations. Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in the dining area at all times. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service, especially during busy periods.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality environment is highly desirable. A team player with a flexible, can-do attitude and naturally positive approach. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with guests and team members alike. Strong multitasking abilities and a proactive mindset. Professionalism and enthusiasm that reflect the quality and values of the Machynys Resort brand. Fluent in English with a friendly, helpful, and confident manner. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
