What You Will Be Doing

Serve food and drinks orders to the required standard, using the appropriate cutlery and condiments. Be knowledgeable of food dishes and drinks, offering suggestions and recommendations where necessary. Manage customer expectations throughout the service, to ensure an enjoyable, personalised dining experience To be aware of VIPs, Corporate and regular guest arrivals and to ensure requirements are anticipated and met Ensure billing information is precise and all payment transactions are processed correctly.
