Overview:

We're looking for two versatile and experienced waiters who can seamlessly adapt between our two dining areas, consistently delivering outstanding service. You will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest enjoys warm, professional, and attentive hospitality, no matter the occasion.

Responsibilities

Guest Interaction and Service:

Warmly greet guests and ensure they have a pleasant dining experience. Maintain a strong knowledge of the menu to answer questions and offer recommendations. Take food and beverage orders accurately. Handle billing, payments, and assist with guest enquiries. Provide attentive service in both dining and bar areas, responding promptly to guest needs. Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and maintained throughout service. Address guest complaints or issues professionally and promptly for positive outcomes. Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to accommodate special requests and dietary restrictions.

Compliance:

Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation practices, and alcohol service regulations. Maintain professional grooming standards and ensure a tidy appearance.

Operational Duties:

Follow opening, closing, and cleaning procedures as outlined in the checklist. Attend regular meetings to stay informed about menu changes, specials, and operational updates. Follow and comply with reservations, point of sale, and telephony systems.

Adaptability:

Embrace new systems and procedures as implemented by management. Represent The Cow positively in all interactions with guests.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
