We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and restaurant service, demonstrating excellent time management and guest service skills. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive high-quality service while adhering to food safety standards.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude. Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring clarity and attention to detail. Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines during food preparation and service. Assist with training new staff members as needed.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of hospitality principles. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining health standards. Basic math skills are required for processing payments accurately. Experience in serving or culinary roles is advantageous but not mandatory. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Strong communication skills to provide outstanding guest services.
