Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, to assist guests in their choices and promote upselling opportunities. Ensure food safety standards are adhered to during food preparation and serving. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns regarding their meals. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring all payments are processed correctly. Manage time effectively during busy service periods to ensure all guests receive prompt attention.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; we welcome individuals eager to learn. Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices is advantageous. Experience in serving or culinary roles will be beneficial for understanding menu items and preparation methods. Strong time management skills are essential for handling multiple tables efficiently. A genuine passion for guest services is crucial for creating memorable dining experiences.
