We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service. Adhere to all food safety regulations and hygiene standards to ensure a safe dining environment. Assist with other duties as needed, including setting up for special events or functions.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary procedures. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Exceptional guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Experience in upselling menu items is advantageous. Ability to work well as part of a team while also being self-motivated. A passion for the hospitality industry and commitment to providing outstanding service. Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
