Arthur's Market is Chelsea's newest culinary hub, a lively food emporium combining premium produce, a fishmonger, butcher, deli, and two unique dining experiences all under one roof. Within the market, guests can explore:

ASA Izakaya

- a refined Japanese hand-roll and sushi counter offering market-fresh seafood and omakase-style dining.

Salvador

- a vibrant wood-fired grill and pintxo-style restaurant inspired by Mediterranean flavours and convivial energy.
Together, they form a dynamic destination celebrating craftsmanship, quality, and genuine hospitality.

The Role

We are seeking personable and dedicated

Waiters/Servers

to join our front-of-house team. You'll play a key role in creating an exceptional guest experience across both of our restaurant concepts within Arthur's Market.

While you may have a preference for either

ASA Izakaya

or

Salvador

, we value flexibility, the ideal candidate will be confident working across both environments, from elegant Japanese service to energetic grill house dining.

Key Responsibilities

Warmly welcome guests and guide them through the dining experience. Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery. Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and professional service at all times. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and sales. Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of tables, service areas, and stations. Collaborate effectively with kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure seamless service. Uphold all food safety and hygiene standards. Handle guest enquiries and feedback with professionalism and care. Assist with setup, preparation, and closing duties as needed.

About You

Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is advantageous but not essential, full training provided for the right candidate. Must be

currently based in London

and available to work onsite.
