Waiter/Waitress at Padella

Padella was London's pioneering fresh pasta concept when it opened in Borough Market in 2016,focusing on high quality,seasonal recipes and techniques developed at Tim & Jordan's first restaurant,Trullo,and at St John,the River Cafe and Moro,where they trained.


We're still leading the field in our love for traditional Italian pasta; the kind you eat in people's homes and in the best trattorias in Italy,while using a combination of the best quality and high welfare italian and British seasonal ingredients.
