As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences by efficiently taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing them with menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all requests are communicated effectively to the kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining attention to detail in presentation and quality. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards at all times. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for resolution and guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn. Basic maths skills are necessary for handling transactions accurately. Familiarity with food safety practices is advantageous. Strong time management skills are essential for managing multiple tables efficiently. A passion for culinary arts and helping others is highly desirable.
