We are seeking a friendly and professional Waiter/Waitress to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during their meal and addressing any concerns promptly Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities while respecting guest preferences Maintain cleanliness and organisation of tables, service stations, and dining areas Follow food safety and hygiene standards diligently Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, including garnishing dishes or preparing condiments Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling Experience with serving, upselling, and guest services enhances suitability for this role Basic maths skills for processing bills and handling cash transactions Familiarity with food preparation or kitchen experience is a plus but not mandatory Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanour
