Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic part-time (weekdays) Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a keen ability to create memorable dining experiences. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, carry on cleaning duties, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met. Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and ensuring sanitation standards are upheld. Process payments accurately through cash handling and basic math skills. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Assist with hosting duties as needed, including managing reservations .

Skills

Proven experience in the food service industry, preferably in a restaurant. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours. Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices. Culinary experience is a plus, enhancing your ability to describe menu items effectively. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling. Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
