Overview

Marmaris restaurant is looking for the staff, waiter waitress and kitchen assistant.

Who can work flexible hours between

11AM To 10PM, part-time or full-time.

The person applying for this job must have experience in working in the restaurant.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring all requests are noted. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to food safety standards. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of meals. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring high standards of hygiene are met. Process payments accurately at the end of the meal.

Skills

Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, with a solid understanding of hospitality practices. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments effectively. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods. Experience in guest services, ensuring that every patron feels valued and satisfied. Ability to upsell menu items confidently, enhancing the overall guest experience. Kitchen or culinary experience is an advantage but not essential for the right candidate.
