Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and have a keen interest in the culinary and hospitality industry. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary requirements are noted Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities Ensure all food safety standards are adhered to during food handling and service Assist in food preparation when necessary, supporting kitchen staff as required Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas throughout shifts Handle guest queries professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve all guests efficiently Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service in a fast-paced environment

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures Familiarity with basic food preparation techniques and kitchen operations Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tables simultaneously Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services and upselling techniques Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Basic maths skills for processing bills accurately Experience with culinary or kitchen environments is a plus but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate

Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour
