Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout their visit.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring attention to detail. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience. Deliver desserts and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed, adhering to food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of dishes served. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure all guests receive prompt service.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Basic maths skills for processing orders and handling payments accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices is beneficial. Culinary experience or an interest in food preparation is an advantage. Excellent guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A team player who can help foster a positive working environment among staff.
