Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables
Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes, specials, and promotions
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction with their meals
Handle guest complaints or requests politely and efficiently
Process payments and issue receipts
Set up, clean, and reset tables for the next guests
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and follow food safety regulations
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to deliver outstanding service
Follow opening and closing procedures as assigned
Pay rate also depends on the age and experience of the applicant
