As a Server, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcomed.

Take accurate food and drink orders while providing recommendations and upselling menu items.

Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our high standards.

Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.

Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods to assist guests effectively.

Adhere to food safety regulations and standards during food preparation and service.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of dishes served.

Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills for billing purposes.

Keep the dining area clean and organised, including resetting tables for the next guests.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.

Familiarity with food safety practices is advantageous.

Experience in serving or culinary roles will be beneficial.

Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
