Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our patrons. Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS system Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently Ensure compliance with food safety standards during preparation and service Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals Manage time effectively to balance multiple tables during peak hours

Qualifications

Previous restaurant experience is preferred, particularly in a serving role Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest services Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately Knowledge of food safety practices is essential Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous but not mandatory Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills

Pay: 12.21-14.50 per hour
