We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patrons have an enjoyable dining experience through attentive service and knowledge of our menu offerings.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance guest experience Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests Adhere to food safety standards and regulations during food preparation and serving Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of orders

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred Familiarity with food safety practices is essential Basic math skills for handling transactions are required Experience in culinary or kitchen roles is advantageous but not mandatory Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables at once Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services and satisfaction
