Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Waiting Staff to join our dynamic team. As a vital part of our front-of-house operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly disposition, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and beverages to customers, ensuring presentation meets our standards. Assist with menu recommendations and upselling items to enhance the dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables and service stations. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals. Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale system.

Skills

Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus (bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly valued). Strong phone etiquette for handling reservations and customer inquiries. Ability to analyse customer needs and provide tailored service. Experience with data entry for order processing is beneficial. Proven ability to upsell menu items effectively. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well under pressure in a team environment.
