Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Waiting andn Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a Bar Staff member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Your responsibilities will include preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and enhancing the overall dining experience through excellent hospitality.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes. Ensure the bar area is clean, organised, and well-stocked at all times. Provide outstanding guest services by engaging with customers and responding to their needs promptly. Assist in food preparation as required, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Utilise basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately and efficiently. Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages. Maintain knowledge of the menu offerings to provide recommendations to guests. Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the bar environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential. Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Basic maths skills for processing orders and payments accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. A passion for hospitality and providing exceptional service to guests. Ability to work well within a team as well as independently when required.
