Job Description

Enthusiastic member of front of house staff is required for Evuna Knutsford, a busy and established Tapas restaurant in the heart of Knutsford. We have a full time position available-between 37 to 42 hours per week.

Candidates must have:

Great Customer Service Skills

Be able to efficiently work in a fast paced environment

Do a range of Waiting on duties and bar:

Welcome guests, guide them to their tables, provide menus, and answer any questions they have about the menu or dishes. Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.Serve food and drinks to customers efficiently and in accordance with established procedures.

Present bills to customers and accurately handle payments, including cash, card, or electronic transactions.

Prepare and set tables, clear away dirty dishes after each course, and ensure the dining area remains clean and tidy.

Ensure guests have a pleasant experience, address any complaints politely, and make suggestions for food and drink choices.

Preferred hospitality experience and knowledge of Spanish food and Wine is a bonus but not essential as full training will be given.
