Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and providing attentive service.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, presenting menus and answering questions about the menu items. Take accurate food and beverage orders. Deliver food and drinks promptly to tables. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and ensuring sanitation standards are met. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times.

Skills

Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not essential. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests positively. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards in the kitchen environment. Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated when necessary.
