Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated part time and full-time servers to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing their overall dining experience.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay to the kitchen staff promptly
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer queries or concerns
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of dining areas
- Process payments accurately

Experience

- Minimum of 1 year experience in similar position
- Proficient in time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of culinary terms and food preparation techniques
- Familiarity with food safety standards and procedures
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
- Strong guest service orientation with a focus on hospitality
