Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patrons have an enjoyable dining experience, from taking orders to delivering food and beverages with a friendly smile.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner. Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted. Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables and service stations. Handle cash and card transactions accurately, following all food safety regulations. Provide recommendations on menu items and specials to enhance guest experience. Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards is essential. Experience as a Barista is advantageous for those applying to establishments serving coffee or specialty drinks. Familiarity with catering services is a plus, particularly for events or large gatherings. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment are crucial. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively will contribute to your success in this role.
