Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our small family run. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is advantageous, along with a strong understanding of food safety standards. However, we prefer someone who is willing to learn, calm and can work under pressue.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary requirements are accommodated Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally, maintaining high standards of presentation Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support the kitchen team Clear tables efficiently and maintain cleanliness in the dining area Handle customer enquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction Support bar duties when required, including preparing coffee and other beverages Uphold food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods

Qualifications

Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality is preferred Knowledge of catering, serving, and food safety procedures is advantageous Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment A positive attitude with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends as required Experience with food preparation or barista duties is a plus but not essential
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
