Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing them with menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring that all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that presentation meets our high standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Assist with catering events as needed, ensuring that all details are executed flawlessly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times. Provide support in other areas of the restaurant as required, including barista duties or assisting with food preparation.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition towards guests and team members alike. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in catering or barista roles would be advantageous but is not essential. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing the dining experience for all guests. Pay: 13.00-14.50 per hour
