Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing them with menus and information about daily specials. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted. Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Assist with catering events as needed, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area throughout service. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times. Participate in ongoing training related to food preparation, safety protocols, and service techniques.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; we welcome candidates eager to learn. Familiarity with catering services is advantageous for those looking to expand their skills. Knowledge of bartending practices is a plus, enhancing your versatility within the team. A strong understanding of food safety regulations is essential for maintaining health standards in the workplace. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure are vital for success in this role.
