Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and drink orders while providing recommendations when necessary. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that all items are presented beautifully. Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy. Assist with catering events as needed, providing excellent service to all guests. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality throughout the dining experience.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures is essential. Bartending experience is an advantage but not mandatory. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. A friendly disposition with a genuine desire to help others. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
