Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and drink orders from customers. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Assist with catering events as needed, providing excellent service throughout. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables and utensils. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for guest satisfaction. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines during food preparation and service.

Skills

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Experience in catering services is an advantage, enhancing your versatility in the role. Familiarity with barista duties is beneficial for establishments serving coffee or specialty drinks. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
