Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at Crumlin Road Gaol in Belfast. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional service to our visitors, enhancing their experience as they explore our historic site.

Responsibilities

Greet and serve guests with professionalism and warmth. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure that all food safety standards are met during service. Assist with food preparation as needed to support kitchen operations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow. Provide information about the venue's history and offerings to guests. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a serving or hospitality role.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in catering or restaurant settings is preferred. Barista experience is a plus but not mandatory.
