Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and personable Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in a busy restaurant environment. Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or food service is highly desirable, along with a strong commitment to food safety standards.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm and professionalism Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary requirements are noted Serve meals, drinks, and desserts efficiently while maintaining presentation standards Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff Ensure tables are cleared promptly and reset for new guests Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including setting up tables and ensuring hygiene standards are met Handle customer queries courteously and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction Support baristas with beverage preparation during busy periods if required Uphold food safety regulations at all times, including proper handling and storage of food items

Requirements

Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality is preferred; barista experience is a plus Knowledge of catering and food safety standards Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail and presentation Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
