We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests have a memorable visit. Your role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere and maintaining the high standards of our establishment.

Duties

Greet and seat customers promptly, providing menus and answering any initial questions. Take accurate food and beverage orders. Provide recommendations on menu items, upselling specials and promotions to enhance the dining experience. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while checking in with guests regularly. Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and basic math calculations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and adhering to sanitation standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food preparation and presentation. Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure guest safety.

Skills

Proven experience in food service or restaurant settings, with a strong understanding of the food industry. Strong culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy shifts. Ability to upsell menu items effectively, contributing to overall sales growth. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and ability to engage with guests. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing are necessary. Previous experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or grocery stores can be beneficial. Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour
