Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of dishes served. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving to enhance their dining experience. Support bartending duties when required, including mixing drinks and serving beverages. Participate in catering events as needed, providing excellent service in various settings.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure. A positive attitude and willingness to help colleagues and customers alike. Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. Experience in bartending or catering is an advantage but not mandatory. Minimum 2 years experience required Minimum age 23
