Job Description

Fusion is an Asian inspired small plates restaurant known for our incredible dishes and delicious cocktails. We're currently looking for friendly and reliable waiting staff to join our team on a part-time basis.
As part of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and helping to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner Take accurate food and drink orders Serve meals and beverages efficiently Handle customer queries and provide menu recommendations Process payments using the till system Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas Follow health and safety guidelines and company procedures

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not essential A positive attitude and team spirit Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
