Full time position is 35 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 with the option of more hours. Ideal for those seeking a stable, full-time position with long-term prospects in the hospitality industry.
Part time positions available, must be fully flexible and be able to work at least 16-21 hours per week and mainly weekends.

Responsibilities

Prepare the restaurant for breakfast/lunch/dinner service in accordance with our standards Welcome guests in a warm and courteous manner Provide guests with menus and take their order Inform guests of menu recommendations, allergies and daily specials Serve food and drink orders in a timely manner Clear tables Polish cutlery and glasses and set tables Carry out cleaning schedules at end of restaurant service Ensure guest satisfaction at all times Ensure that guests bills are correct and handle payment Handle any guest enquiries and complaints in a friendly manner and ensure the manager is made aware of any complaints To participate in any training and personnel exercises designed to improve standards and performance Wear clean uniform & name badge at all times and ensure a high level of personal hygiene & grooming Observe all requirements under Health & Safety regulations
Requirements

Previous experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided A drive to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness Confident, professional, friendly and welcoming personality Be able to work as part of a team Ability to work in a fast, busy environment Must be available to work at weekends and on Bank Holidays
Rate of pay above minimum wage- rates will be dependent on age
