You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting guests with any needs they may have. Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Provide recommendations on menu items and upsell specials to enhance the guest experience. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Assist with food preparation when necessary, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, providing excellent customer service at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and assist with resetting tables for new guests.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Basic maths skills for processing orders and handling payments accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable. Excellent guest services skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A willingness to help colleagues in the kitchen when required. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
