Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable. Take accurate food and drink orders, providing recommendations when necessary. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our high standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables and service stations. Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times. Assist with catering events as needed, showcasing versatility in service styles. Support barista duties when required, preparing coffee and other beverages for guests.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant setting is highly desirable, particularly in serving roles. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety practices is essential. Experience in catering services would be advantageous but not mandatory. A background in hospitality or customer service will be beneficial for success in this role.
