Mortons Manor in Corfe Castle is looking for Waiting Staff to join our Three Star Hotel & Two Rosette Restaurant.

Mortons Manor is a family run hotel and restaurant. It's where we come to work but also to have fun. We take pride in our work, making sure our guests have everything they need. A professional but home away from home atmosphere is what we aim to create.

The restaurant is the beating heart of the hotel offering quality food in a relaxed environment. Our Front of House Team is responsible for assisting our Restaurant manager to ensure guests receive the best possible dining experience.

Our Front of House Team provide a high standard of service to all our residents & guests in all areas of the hotel from the dining room, reception. Full training will be provided.

Reporting to our Hotel Manager/Restaurant Manager & Chef, you will be professional, punctual & well presented. A positive attitude & friendly nature is essential. Working as part of our close team, you will see to every detail when it comes to ensuring that our guests enjoy their stay and dining experience.

Qualifications

Proven restaurant experience and serving skills Strong knowledge of food safety practices Excellent hospitality and guest service abilities Basic math skills for handling transactions Experience in food preparation and kitchen operations Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks Culinary experience is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
