We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, taking orders, and ensuring that all food and beverage needs are met efficiently. Your passion for hospitality and attention to detail will contribute significantly to our restaurant's success.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all special requests are noted. Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to food safety standards. Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests with their selections. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle payments and process transactions accurately. Keep the dining area clean and organised throughout service, including clearing tables and resetting for new guests. Support catering events as required, providing excellent service in various settings.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable. Bartending skills would be an advantage for serving drinks effectively. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. A friendly demeanour with a genuine desire to help guests have an enjoyable experience. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
