Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Server to join our team at the Blackwell Grange Hotel. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding guest service, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all patrons. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our reputation for excellence in hospitality.

Responsibilities

Greet and serve guests promptly and courteously in the dining area. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met during service. Assist with food preparation as needed to support kitchen staff. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods. Provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests regarding menu items and specials. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables effectively. Basic culinary knowledge and understanding of food safety practices. Excellent guest service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
