Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining food safety standards.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a high standard of presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and kitchen. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations at all times. Handle cash and process payments accurately using basic maths skills. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously. Basic culinary knowledge and understanding of food safety practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanour. Capability to work well under pressure in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail. A team player who is willing to help colleagues as needed.

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 11.44-12.60 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
