SENIOR WAITING STAFF

We require MATURE experienced staff to deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of our customers, with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers.

Main Responsibilities:

Deliver excellent customer service, at all times Take customers food & beverage orders and process them through the EPOS Delivering & clearing food & beverages to customers efficiently Make customers aware of our daily specials or menu offers Wine knowledge Speak to customers to ensure that they are satisfied with their meals Process cash & credit/debit card transactions Be aware of your Health & Safety responsibilities Carry out instructions given by the management team

Other duties/responsibilities:

Be friendly, smiley, sociable and welcoming to our customers, to create a great atmosphere Be helpful and go out of your way to help our customers and colleagues Be confident and self-motivated Be honest and reliable Be trustworthy and respectful

Must be able to work evenings and weekends!!

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.50 per hour
