We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team in a vibrant restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest services, ensuring that each dining experience is memorable. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing assistance to guests while maintaining a friendly and professional atmosphere.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using a point-of-sale system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout the shift. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or requests with professionalism and care. Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of the meal.

Skills

Strong guest services skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing bills. Excellent time management abilities to ensure efficient service during busy periods. Familiarity with kitchen operations and food preparation techniques is advantageous. Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain high hygiene standards. A passion for culinary arts and willingness to learn about menu items and specials.
