Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at Amanzi. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our guests while ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. Your contributions will play a vital role in upholding our commitment to hospitality and excellence.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Provide recommendations on menu items and specials to enhance the guest experience. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring quality standards are met. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help others.
