Assist with food preparation when necessary, maintaining high levels of food safety and hygiene. Provide recommendations on menu items and specials to enhance the dining experience. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control. Maintain cleanliness of the venue, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Participate in catering events as required, showcasing your versatility in different service settings.

Skills

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests. Familiarity with barista skills A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
