Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring attention to detail. Provide recommendations and upselling of menu items to enhance the guest experience. Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards. Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, responding promptly to requests or concerns. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of dishes. Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential. Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.30 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
