We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable Waiting Staff to join our welcoming team.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and serve customers in a warm, attentive, and efficient manner
Take food and drink orders confidently and accurately
Deliver dishes to tables and ensure customers have everything they need
Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-presented dining area
Handle payments accurately via till or card machine
Support the team with setting up, clearing tables, and general cleaning
Communicate effectively with kitchen and deli staff to ensure smooth service
What We're Looking For:
Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred, but not essential
A friendly, confident manner and strong communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
Good attention to detail and pride in providing excellent service
A team player who's happy to get stuck in and help wherever needed
